Mrs. Mande Young

I am the assistant choir director at Rice MS.  I have a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education and a Master's Degree in Vocal Performance from Stephen F. Austin State University.  I have been married to my husband, Tim, for 28 years.  We have a daughter, Chloe, who graduated with a journalism degree from UT Austin in 2023 and a son, Caden, who is a junior music major at Stephen F. Austin studying sound recording technology.  My dog, Jake, is the best dog ever!!  I love teaching at Rice MS!  The kids, parents, and teachers are amazing!
